Setting server FPS to 500
#1
I have a dual xeon 3 ghz with 2 GB ram with Windows installed.

I have the srcdsboost.exe or whatever running, and for some unknown reason, only 1 private server runs at about 500 FPS (fps_max 600)

I checked thru rcon stats

All my other server will NOT increase fps though, I have it set in the cmd line, but no luck.

I even tried running srcds on each core and it still did not work. Only 1 server is boosted, and my most popular server only runs at about 50-80 FPS when full... which seems pretty bad.

What can I do?

Thanks!

Wait do the other server get to full fps when the private server is not running? Whats the cpu load?

Try running one srcdsfpsboost on every core you have (dunno why but it worked when only 1 of my servers got boosted, same problem)

Simply start the booster 2 or 4 or 8 times (depending on how many cores you have) and set affinity of each booster to 1 core.
