1,5mbit will only hold like 10-12 players TF2 I'm afraid (looking at the bandwidth ingame, I still have to do some good tests though)

no it is 1.5 up and 1.5 down
now on a css server how many players?

I thought that a 1.5 mb bandwidth could support 32 players in tf2.
My bandwidth is about 2600 kbs, how many players can this support?

Oh, I see, you're assuming it's at 66 tick. How do you change the tick of a server anyway?

TF 2 uses bandwidth quite abit more than for example CSS, that's why you can't host that many.
-tickrate <#33-100> in the commandline will set the tickrate.
