Server map change errors

I keep getting loads of issues when a map changes and also textures not appearing.

On my server I have numerous issues on maps.

When the map starts up I get a whole load of issues like files that cant be found take for instance :
MP_crossfire2_b3

I get loads of
models/props_combine/combine_intmontor ......
models/props_combine/combine_interface...

maps.crossfire2/effects/combineshield.comshield....

These ar all followed by : Proxy "Sine" not found
or Proxy "texturescroll" not found


I have tried copying the files around to the relevant place and folder structures and it never gets resolved.


Please please please please please Help
