How do i turn off the dwp??

How do i turn off the dwp?? I've already created the "server.cfg" file.

ive got this problems:

it says that, when i put "+mp_dynamicpricing 0" in the console..
if its in another place, i dont know where ..
I put +mp_dynamicpircing 0 in the server.cfg, too, but nth happened..
and if it's the srcds.exe file in the "dedicated Server" folder, i can't open it, it says, it couldt find the file: "steam.dll"... i already copied it
into that folder, (form th counter strike folder), but it doesn't open anyways..

please help me :/ its my first time doing this...

the comand line. goes along with -ip x.x.x.x -port 27015 +map de_dust +mp_dynamicpricing 0

i also put it in the autoexec.cfg as well as the server.cfg

i already made a new line in files autoexex.cfg and server.cfg and tryied to run the dedicated server
All i want, is that server.cfg executes correctly to have the quake sounds in the game...

i hope u can help me in a specific way, or sending me an compressed folder with the correct files i need , i would be very thankfull

Dynamic pricing is no longer in use by Valve.

Hence the:

The command still exists, but the pricing system does not.

You have to put it in the commandline, not in the cfg

this is a picture of the error when i try to open srcds.exe (the file is located in the source dedicated server folder, i dont know if its right... :/)

it says: error while inisciating the aplication steam.dll couldn't be found. the reinstallation could solve the problem.
