It says in the Wiki article to extract some files into the mod folder, this folder doesn't exist for me. WHat do I do?

prob have to create a folder called "addons" under the cstrike folder.
normally:
SRCDS\<modfolder>\... where <modfolder> is cstrike/dod/tf/etc etc (the one you installed)
