SRCDS Steam group


Ports not working

Hello my ports art working right and i have a netgear router btw this is my start up line c:\srcds\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike +map de_dust -maxplayers 16 -insecure and my static ip is 192.168.1.140 what should i do

My problem is that when I forward my ports my serevr still says that its not respawingd to friends and i dont know what kinda ip i am sopes to have for my ports this one 192.168.1.2 or this one 192.168.1.140 and my ports are 1200 1200 27000 27015 and something els and and says my ports are on my server Network: IP 192.168.1.2, mode MP, dedicated yes, ports 27015 SV / 27005 CL what does that mean

just dmz your server. it is the easiest way.

it directs all unknown traffic to the IP you provide. It should be under firewall settings in your router.

Check under Advanced - just click about. It won't be called anything else apart from "DMZ".

Look under WAN Setup - as i said, click around, it won't be called anything else!

i dont know what ip to put in the last ip i put in was 192.168.1.140 and is scred up my whole internet i just got it fixed what ip do i put in will you please tell me

go to start => run

type "CMD" and hit the return button

then in the console window type:
"ipconfig"

then a list pops up, find the line "IP-Address" and the number behind that is the ip you have to fill in
