Is it a memory error or something alike, what plugins are you running, if so have you tried disabling them

Sorry it's taken so long to get back to you.. Just got married..

Here are some of the .mdmp files form our servers:
http://www.users.on.net/~tarek_abouzeid/cstrike/mdmp%20files/

We have a few servers running on this box, 2 Gungames, 1 WC3, 1 dust2, 1 Surf & one fun map.

Here are all the IP's of our different servers and If you have HLSW or something similar you'll be able to view all the different addons we have for the different servers:
203.206.95.24:27031
203.206.95.24:27032
203.206.95.24:27033
203.206.95.24:27034
203.206.95.24:27035
203.206.95.24:27036
203.206.95.24:27038

They all crash at some point and believe me when i say I've tried everything from running them with addons and running them with out, moving them on a different box, updated all the addons, building them from scrach. But all of this was in vain and they still continue to crash. As you can see the addons are necessary for our games and i can't remove them. I find that the 2 Gungame servers crash more frequently then the others but they are by far the most popular servers we have running, we have one 26 slot and one 22 slot, and they are ALWAYS busy and at peak times they are almost impossible to get on.

We are sponsored my a major ISP here in Australia and these issues are not a good reflection on us if you catch my drift and would really love to get to the bottom of this. I have approached all the different addon forums and no one can seem to help me resolve this issue.

PS: While I've got you we also have another box which is running our Match servers which we are also having a different issues with. They don't seem to crash like the servers on the other box but then again they are not used as much as the public servers we have. The issue i have with these match servers is that when i start them up they can't establish connection to Steam servers for some reason, and all the Steam_ID are coming up as "PENDING", now as we have Zblock running for comps this instantly kicks all players that have there Steam_ID pending. I find when i stop and start the server a few times it eventually connects and works fine but i was wondering if any of you genius's have a solutions to this problem too?

I'm sorry I totally forgot about this thread.

If I can get visual studio installed again I can review the .mdmp files but I can't now.
So I won't be able to tell you what to do about the crashes, the steamID's seem to be related to some network problems usually blocking the the communication with the master servers.

Once the server is up is there a way get it the try to connect to the master server again?

Try running verify_all with hldsupdatetool. Really sounds like you have bad installs. Also what is the specs of your server?

To run verify_all, just add verify_all at the back of the command. HLDSUPDATETOOLCOMMANDLINE -verify_all
