Are there any other programs i can use other than VAC,

I know theres a exa or something but i have no idea how to spell it...

No, VAC is made by valve and is embedded in the game/server, there are no such third party applications (since that would be cheats too). What you might be searching for are plugins connected to a supposedly "cheater" database, most popular is steam bans (Detox) prolly the word you were looking for maybe?
