Hmm... when i entered same command line but tickrate, port and ip in diffrent places -tickrate 66 -port and then ip it started working again.. BUT i cant play with my m8s on/in it becoz when i try to connect it (when -ip is on/in command line) i cant join it or any other servers, but my m8s can join it and when i try to connect it (when without -ip), then i can get in but nobody else can get in.. expect lan players and bots i think...

I just started a srcds and im getting the same problem. I am sure that the problem is the ip, because when I change the port to 27016 on both srcds and my port forward page, it works with my internal ip.
heres what i have:
C:\srcds\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike -tickrate 100 -ip "My External IP" -port 27016 +maxplayers 12 +map de_dust2
any suggestions?!?!?

Argh...
If you have a router or ANYTHING ELSE in between you and the internet connection you can NOT use your external IP address!
