Okay, so ive been trying to do my own server. i have a alot of ports unblock in my firewall. i dont have router i have dsl internet. I have all the require ports open but even if i turn my firewall off, it still cant find it. any help?

I'd imagine something else is already bound to the same port that srcds uses. Are you already running a server? What is the commandline you are using?

Don't use +ip in your startup line.

Like jackal said, remove -ip from the startupline or enter your INTERNAL IP Address there.
The server can not bind the EXTERNAL IP address cause it doesn't own it, the router/gateway owns that IP

so how to get ppl to join it? would be to use master server ip?

where and what do u type in the command line what do u recommend the command line should be???
