Tutorial: How to setup a TF2 server

Seriously: you don't need a guide to install that Smile

It's seriously easy and I've never used a guide myself. Just try it first. If it doesn't work, try search on Google. Smile

Why do you need both!?

As for installing, BM is easy once you read through its epic-sized default config file.

SM is a little hard, but easy enough if you can read. Just copy and past.

Okay, so Beetles mod I installed fine and perfectly, source mod not so much.
The only way I could install it, was by typing
exec sourcemod/sourcemod.cfg
in the server.cfg
That seemed to work. But when I tried admins nothing? I don't know where to type "meta list" (step one (http://wiki.alliedmods.net/Installing_SourceMod#Checking_the_Install))

Also, when I did that I get errors that say "Unknown Command (then a bunch of commands like flood_all) or something"

And for beetles mod I wrote
exec beetlesmod/beetlesmod.cfg
in the server.cfg and that worked like a charm.

You don't need to add anything to server.cfg for SM or BM to work
You need to install metamod source before SM.

I have a quick question. In my server I have beetlesmod and Sourcemod running together fine. Now whenever anyone (playing) (not spectate) stays still for about 2 minutes, they get kicked. How can I change it to say 20 minutes

That is a TF2 thing I think. Check your server.cfg

OH AND I HAVE THIS PROBLEM FOR SOURCEMOD!!! Sometimes the gameinfo.txt is changed and doesnt include the info on sourcemod and it doesn't start. If I set it to Read Only. Will that work?

There is a simple command to turn off the AFK kicker, but I don't know it off the top of my head...
