Fake ping

I am running a server on linux with 14 players. Everything is great, but many many of the players that log in get a fake ping (meaning they have 5 in the ping). How I cancel that?

You can't.

But I don't see the problem since all the pings in the scoreboard are fake (they are 1 way pings that aren't correct)
The only real ping is shown in the netgraph.

Also people having a ping of 5 don't play different or lag etc..

Open console and type 'ping'..this will show you their real pings
