map change on connect/join?

Hi,

I hope you can help me with this, since I couldn't find anything via. the search function.

My problem is that my server changes map when I join, I can't see what's making the server change map. So has someone heard or experienced the problem? It only changes map if you're the first person on the server.

EDIT: I saw a post (finally) about this, it happens when the time runs out, the server will only change map when a player connects, it was said a bot would fix this, but any other methodes?

I use Mani-Admin-Plugin to restore my server to our most popular map to populate the server when no one is on it.
I don't think that there is a way to force a map change other than some clever scripting or some bots/players.
