Server doesnt appear on server list

Now for some reason when I start my server, close to the last part of starting it says:

Connection to steam servers successful.

I wonder why it would start saying it know.

It hadn't been saying that before. Would that possibly mean it appears on the list now?

It doesn't mean you are on the list for sure but it atleast shows that it can connect to steam.
