how to get dedicated server to public/ admin

First I have a dedicated server for Counter-Strike Source, but i don't no how to set up admin and how to make the server public.

Can anyone help me with this problem?

to make it public, simply don't set a password.
for admin search for mani admin plugin on beetlesmod or whatever you like and install it.

rcon admin can be set up by setting rcon_password on the server and then connect to it with a client.

so ur talking about the deicated server password? the only password i put was the rcon password and i tried to do a port forwarding, but it did not work.

oh you mean on the internet, please search the forums for port forwarding or something similar and you'll find thousands of posts about it with the only 3 solutions available.
