Router Blocking ips
#1
I have set up a server on Counter Strike Source. It works fine apart from the fact that only people from Germany can join. None of my friends in Belgium can see the server as it comes up with a not responding error message.
I have enabled DMZ for the IP of the computer and i have forwarded all the ports that are suggested in various guides. In the attachment is a screen shot of the ports i have forwarded. I have looked at the security log and it shows that it has blocked all IPs from accessing the sever apart from German ones. I have tried everything and need some help as what to do. My isp is Telenet but i hope that it not the cause of the problem. Please help.

Sounds wierd. Maybe something to do with your Internet Provider, that only allows national traffik? Did your friends also tried connect iphere + enter in console?

indeed, if everyone from germany CAN join there's nothing wrong on the server part (unless you installed some geo-ip country filter, which I doubt).

Think you should ask your internet provider and ask, if they only allow natiol graffik or so. Don't think any one on this forum can tell you if you can or. You'll has to ask your ISP.
