Not everyone can see my server ip problem!

I have made a server and people join but it still shows my lan ip. My friends on my friends list can't see the server but still random people join and they are no bots because they have clan tags and speak to me.
i have forwarded all the ports and type sv_lan 0 and heartbeat 1 but it still come up as not responding for my friends.

Make sure the ports are all forwarded correctly, if they are and still not working try the DMZ option of the router.

If it still fails it could be router incompatibility or ISP blocking.
