RCON + LAN Problems

Hello, I have recently set up a Dedicated server for Over my lan and over hamachi... (Not Steams srcds but the http://www.srcds.org one) and i am having a few troubles. For one i cannot use the rcon commands i always receive "Can not contact <IP>" to use them or something like that and the other one is people cant join through Hamachi and when i go to sv_lan 0 to allow them in like i do for listen servers it makes it Internet and then i get we get the message "<Disconnected>: Kicked by console: Steam ID not Found" Could you please help me out with it?

RCon:
Does is say 0.0.0.0 in the <IP> part?
If it does type rcon_address <iphere> and then rcon_password <passhere> and finally rcon <command> <arguments>

Sv_lan and Hamachi:
You always have to set sv_lan 1 for LAN play, else you get the steamid error like you already noticed. There's a trick you have to do on the server to let clients join from hamachi. The people that want to join have to be on the same iprange as the server, you can find otu how to do it on this page: (it's the same for CSS, click the english flag if you can't read it) http://www.hamachi-games.net/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=17&Itemid=37
If that doesn't work you have to go to hamachi preferences>window> *check* show advanced peer menu item
right click the person in the network you want to set the alias for> Advanced > set the alias in the alias bar.
It should work like that.

Ok for the RCON: umm it doesnt come up with 0.0.0.0 it comes up w/ the proper IP and the for

I don't think you actually see the server on LAN list through hamachi, I believe you ahve to add the IP to the favorites in order to see it.

Check if RCon is blocked by something, firewalls etc I have no idea what else it could be.

Well i tell me friend to add it through favourites and he still sees it as not responding, the rcon problem is just that my brother doesnt like me running into his room alot so i prefer to do it via rcon but i can set my commands into the server.cfg...And the alias thing i got working for people through my cable but i people through Hamachi... it doesnt like it too much

Well only thing I can think of is some firewall or antivirus utility blocking everything, since all thsoe functions are basic and work even without configuration over network.
