that comes up when yous et the external IP in the -ip variable while behind a router.
as the guide says you have to use the INTERNAL ip address, the one from ipconfig.

I dont kno if anyone knoes this but how do you give levels and credits to a player on my rpg server??? ( i am the main admin) also how do you change how much credits you get per level????

I'm not sure, I think it's a set value in the plugin but you'll have to look in the readme for that.
