Celeron Server

Although I would normally not use a Celery for any kind of sever(or anything if I've got a choice) I've recently come into one and I'm wondering if it's worth throwing into the rack for hosting. It's a celeron 2.6 with 512 ram, do you think it would be able to host a single 12-14 slot CS:S at 66 tic with only mani? Thanks.

you can do a simple test, fill it up with bots and join, watch the tickrate and stuff see if it lags.
