Server errors on GMOD10 Server

Hello, here is a pic of my server's console right after start up.  I have just updated it yet it shows missing materials and various other jargon.  Advice?

Thanks jackaL. Now as constructive as that was.. I could still use some advice. Anyone who has something worth sharing care to help me solve my problem?

These are common problems seen in every console, your server should be running fine.

Indeed like Bounda said, there's nothing wrong with the server.

Why these errors show up no-one knows, they show up at every game (even the valve games made), they don't do anything at all, the server will run as it should, you can just ignore them.
