Ok. So heres the jist of it. We are running our server(s) on a Dell Poweredge 1600sc with 3GB DDR Ram, two 2.4GHZ Xeon Processors. Windows Server Edition 2003. And we have 1823kbps upload bandwidth...I have read MANY guides on setting server rates and what not. I dont even know if that is the problem, but nothing seems to work. I can even run a 24 man server without major lag and lag spikes. Can someone please help me...all help will be EXTREMELY aprecciated. Sorry for not posting on Windows General, I was getting a MySQL error.
Thank You,
Optics

What's the CPU usage? What's the server FPS?
You're probably hitting the max on the connection too with 24 slots.

I mean CPU usage in %, I dunno what 98,440k means lol, looks more like memory to me but..
how about your bandwidth? Cause I think that's the main problem here.

According to all the charts ive seen with my bandwith at 1600kbps I can run a 40 man server no problem? And it hardly takes up any of my cpu %
I think its my rates....

Hmmm Is there ANYTHING else that could be causing the lag. Because with our system specs we should be able to run a server fine with no lag?

The system specs don't matter, it's the connection thats causing problems here. Your specs are fine but for running what you want, you'd need at least 5mbit upload, even better to get 10mbit.
