CSS Crashes HELP PLEASE!!

Omg, I need help and I couldn't figure this problem out yet, I get so pissed off. Okay when I try to join a my server it stops working and when its trying to figure whats wrong i see this.

missing shutdown function for S_init<> : S_shutdown<>
missing shutdown function for decal_Init <> : Decal_shutdown <>
missing shutdown function for InitStudioRender<> ShutdownStudioRender <>
missing shutdown function for staticPropMgr<>->Init<> : Staticpropmgr<>->shutdown<>
missing shutdown function for modelloader->Ini<> : modelloader-> Shutdown <>

Okay theres more to it but got lazy copying it. What is this function I need. Please help me and thank you.

It's a broken plugin, disable them one by one (if you have multiple) to see which ones broken.

hey how do i do that exactly and where do i go?

go to the addons folder and move the .vdf file into a backup folder so there won't be a .vdf
that will disable a plugin.
