srcds just will not start atall

it just wont start
it will work in console that way but my m8 got 1 and when he click on it it comes up with wot ur name wants to be for server, players, map and all the rest the it says start server and it works that way
can any 1 tell me how to do it the way my m8 does it?

do exactly the same as you do with the console, but only thing different now is to remove the -console parameter.
It will start up in GUI mode, I don't recommend running it, performance will decrease.
