Problem with my server.

Hey, I am new to this forum and to dedicated server hosting. I don't have a problem getting my server up and running. People are able to join and everything. My problem is that when my friend tries to join my server, it will say connecting and stay at 2 or 3 bars for him. On my console it wais that he connected but it won't actually connect. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If everyone else can join normally your friend might need to check his client settings, firewalls or router. I'm almost sure that this is not a server problem since everyone else can join and play.

Thanks a lot for the help. He doesn't have a firewall and his computer is DMZ'd so i do not understand why this is happening. Could someone please tell me the client side setting that might be causing this? Thanks.

Okay. After extensive testing... A.K.A bypassing my router to make a direct internet connection, My friend is able to join my server. That means that i have a problem somewhere. I am almost 100% sure that I have all my ports forwarded properly so I do not know what can be causing this problem. My router is a D-Link WBR-1310. Any help is greatly appreciated. (I am DMZ'd also by the way).
