Ok from typing this in console normally, it says the maximum value can be 80;. Does this include just normal .bsp files?
What happens if the map files is 84mb, but i have the map as a .bz2 extension on my webserver? Lets say the bzip2 file is around 32mb. Would the map still download (or would it read the size value of the .bsp on the gameserver).

Yes it includes bsp files too
I'm pretty sure we had a similar thing a long time ago, we haven't heard from that ever since.
Don't know if it's still like this tho.
I think a solution back then was to seperate the materials/sounds/other stuff from the .bsp and download individually.
On the other hand can't you just set it to 0?
What would setting it to 0 do? Also i was talking about a singular .bsp file without any custom materials/sounds.
