one installed css server, but seperate "addons"
#1
i have a dedicated server, i run 2 virtual servers off of it (css) one of them i need ZBlock (a css addon that goes in the addons directory used for CAL tournaments) and one i need it not have it.

how zblock works is if the server sees it in the addons directory it loads it when the server starts up. but i don't want zblock on my 2nd server. how do i got about doing this sort of thing?

also i want to create this same effect for .cfg files for instance logged into rcon i want exec file.cfg on one server and it do certain things in file.cfg but no the other server if i exec file.cfg, thne it should execute a different file.cfg which has different instructions.

the config thing would just be nice to have, but mi really looknig for a solution to my addons problem. i bassicaly want my 2 virtual servers to act completely seperate from eachother even though they run from the same instalattion

i would just copy the contents of the first install to another folder and run it separately.

Servers running from the same install will always run the same plugin.

you can use different cfg's just add -exec server.cfg on server 1 and
-exec server2.cfg on server 2 and your done

If you want different addons you'll have to copy the install, if you need different cfg's you can run it from 1 install.

• Source engine update released.
Changelog:
• Removed revert command, as it was being used to change restricted cvars
• Enabled friends in the in-game player list
• Fixed server browser to allow banned users in Counter-Strike 1.6 to play Garry's Mod online

This update renders zBlock BROKEN, please remove zBlock from your server until an update is released.

so just copy the whole srcds directory? nothing else is needed to copy the installation to somewhere else and i can run both with no conflicts
