Linux DOD:S problem ;/

I have a small problem with a DOD:S server. My system RH and 2 x Xoen 2.8
I start:
screen ./srcds_run -debug -console -game dod +map dod_anzio -maxplayers 22 -ip XXXXXXXXX -port 27015 -autoupdate
And not log debug ;/
If start server i have a error ;/ same like this

Those errors can be ignored, it's nothing.
