Running a dod source server and having a funny issue. There is a handfull of players that can't see or connect to their server through steam, funny thing is they can ping it with a cmd line so it's not on their end. After looking at these people the only common issue is their IP address all start with the same first 2 digits as the server which is 72, somehow I think this is the cause. Does anyone know what might be causing this issue I have looked everywhere but can't find an answer for it.

I had this problem when running the server behind an crappy router. Even though i had made my server DMZ things still wouldn't work. So I removed the router and made the server the router and the "router" into an switch, work great.

a switch has to be controlled by something. switches cannot think themselves. that's what we call routers
