I have been dodging math since high school because playing with equations and variables never clicked for me. Now I am a freshman in an IT program and the workload is getting way more intense with all this advanced theory. I still have to pass my finals but I am lost when it comes to seeing the logic behind the numbers. Are there any online guides or visual books that explain these concepts in a way that actually makes sense for real life?

Getting stuck in a tech degree because of some abstract formulas is a huge hurdle for many people. Most lecturers just throw symbols at the wall and expect you to build a bridge with them on your own. You could check out some online platforms that use 3D animations to visualize how calculus or linear algebra works. Seeing the movement and the geometric shapes helps a lot more than staring at a dry page of black and white text.
