Are certain ingredients better for memory, mood, and digestion support?

I’ve been struggling with low focus, inconsistent energy, and weak working memory for a while now. It’s not just productivity, my mood feels off and my gut health hasn’t been great either. I keep thinking all these issues might be connected, especially with how often people talk about the gut brain link.

Lately I’ve been paying more attention to ingredients rather than just brand names. It seems like the real difference comes down to what’s inside and how those ingredients work together.
