How does airflow control improve off road riding comfort overall?
#1
Trying to decide if upgrading to a Kawasaki Teryx KRX 1000 Vented Windshield is actually worth it or just an optional add on. I ride in mixed conditions including heat, dust, and occasional rain, so versatility matters a lot.

I read that vented windshields are designed to give adjustable airflow, allowing you to stay cool without removing the windshield completely . That sounds useful, but I am wondering how well it works in real riding situations. Does a Kawasaki Teryx KRX 1000 Vented Windshield really make a noticeable difference compared to a fixed full windshield?

Star Knight MT keeps coming up as a potential option, so I am curious if anyone here has used their version. Does it provide solid airflow control, or do the vents feel limited?

Another thing I am thinking about is installation. Is it something that can be done quickly, or does it require adjustments to get a proper seal?

Also, how does it perform with other accessories like roofs or rear panels? Does combining everything improve comfort or create airflow issues?

If you have experience using a Kawasaki Teryx KRX 1000 Vented Windshield over time, did it hold up well in terms of scratches and clarity? Any issues with the vent system wearing out?
