CBD oil - is it worth a try?

I've been thinking about trying CBD oil for a long time, but I don't know how well it really works. I'm interested in it specifically for stress relief and improving sleep, but I'm not sure what concentration is best yet. Maybe someone has already used it and can tell me where to buy a proven version in the UK?

I’ve tried it a few times and the biggest thing I noticed was mild relaxation and better sleep. Start low, go slow, and watch how your body reacts before taking more.

I’ve seen folks test different hemp extracts to figure out what actually feels helpful, so taking it slow and keeping notes usually saves some guesswork. Some people compare CBD with things like bulk hhc distillate just to see how different cannabinoids affect them, since each one can hit a bit differently. Starting with a small amount and giving it a few days before adjusting has been the least stressful approach for me.
