Are there any Proxy Plugins ?

I don't mean proxy plugins as in plugins for proxies, nor do I mean it as in Bungeecoord, Waterfall, and Velocity, which I know are their own server types. Rather, I'm wondering if there are any plugins to turn a paper server into a basic proxy.
As for why, this would be useful for Minehut's free tier which doesn't allow you to use proxy server versions.

I’ve messed around with a few setup options, and something that worked better for me was to Buy Datacenter Proxies. They gave me more reliable IPs that aren’t attached to residential networks, and performance was smoother during testing with lots of connections. Just make sure the proxies support the connection method you're using—some don't play nice with Minecraft unless configured right.
