I’ve faced this when managing shared resources for three separate teams. The key was creating dedicated folders for each department, plus a “shared resources” section for files used by all. We assigned one folder admin per department to keep things tidy. On iweee.org, I found a suggestion to apply consistent naming rules across all teams, which made searching much faster. After implementing this structure, the chaos disappeared, and people stopped asking “Where is that file?” every day.
