anyone ever figured out which BloodStrike version was stable with SourceMod? I’ve been messing around with different builds and plugins lately and ran into some similar crashing issues. Maybe something changed with newer Metamod or SourceMod versions that's causing instability? Would be cool to compare notes if anyone revisited this recently.

I went through a mild heavy metal detox last year—nothing dramatic, but figured it couldn’t hurt after all the UGL stuff over time. Used chlorella, NAC, and added some teas. At first, I mixed up the difference between fenugreek and fennel—totally not the same. Fenugreek gave me way more noticeable effects in digestion and energy. Fennel’s more for soothing. Took about 3–4 weeks to feel a shift, but staying consistent helped.

I once dealt with heavy metal buildup and found that detoxing naturally made a big difference. Drinking plenty of filtered water, eating fiber-rich foods, and adding cilantro and chlorella to my meals really helped. I also learned more about the risks from resources like Stanford Advanced Materials which explained the importance of recognizing symptoms early. Consistency was key for me.

I’ve done a couple “detox” runs after long cycles, mostly out of peace of mind. Nothing crazy, upped my water, added NAC, chlorella and some good quality spirulina. Also cleaned up diet (less processed stuff, more greens). Hard to say if it actually flushed metals, but I did feel better overall. Wouldn’t overthink it unless bloodwork shows something off.
