Family holiday to Zanzibar

We are looking to organise a potential family holiday to Zanzibar in either July/August of this year. We would love some recommendations from anyone who has been there as to which part of the Island is best for families or does it matter? Any tips/advice gratefully received.

I see it’s been a while since this was posted, but I’m curious if anyone found a good solution or has any updates. We're weighing up between BYMT and YMT now, and would love to hear any fresh thoughts on how the teaching style or communication has been lately for either. Did anyone stick with group lessons or switch to private in the end?

I ended up going with Egypt tours after a friend recommended them, and it worked out really well. They helped us sort everything quickly and clearly, especially with needing more last-minute flexibility. The guide was friendly and great with the kids, which made things smoother. I liked that there was someone to talk to who really knew how things worked, rather than having to scroll through tons of info and guess.
