Manufacturing is not highly valued in the US?
#1
Elon Musk said so...American friends what do you think?

Other than the US,How are manufacturing jobs valued in your country?

How do you look at yourself working in manufacturing companies , as an engineer or around production lines?

do you think the current rise in tech layoffs and talk of reshoring could actually push more interest in trades and manufacturing again? I'm wondering if we're about to see a shift in how people view hands-on work, especially with how unstable some white-collar industries are looking lately.

I’ve worked in a small packaging facility, and you'd be surprised how many people don’t realize how important machines are to keeping production moving here. Something like https://www.urmachine.com/blister-packing-machine can really speed things up without needing a massive team. Stuff like this makes a difference for local manufacturers trying to compete without offshoring everything.
