Interesting article with information and advice that might be relevant for TMSers:

I see it's been a while since this was posted, but I just wanted to ask if anyone here has found a specific mindfulness routine that they can actually stick with. I keep trying different approaches but end up distracted or losing interest quickly. Curious if building a habit around short daily check-ins worked for anyone here, or maybe pairing it with something else like movement or journaling?

I’ve been looking into natural ways to support focus, and I came across this page: https://coach.org.uk/lions-mane-adhd/. It breaks down how Lion’s Mane might help with ADHD symptoms like brain fog and memory. What stood out was how they talked about inflammation and the brain–stuff I hadn’t really thought about before. Worth a look if you're trying different tools alongside mindfulness.
