"Pre Workout" Supplement Before Riding

I’ve seen a mention here and there on the forum about “Pre Workout” supplement such as Cellucor C4 or Nitro Surge.

I’m thinking of using this for 6am rides. Wake up, throw back a scoop and let it do it’s magic. I feel like this is much easier than making a coffee and letting cool off and would also have some extra supllements to help me get out on the road and GO.

Has anybody expirimented with this? Would love any kind of feedback.

if anyone has changed their approach to pre-workout supplements? Have you found anything new that works well for you? Personally, I’ve tried a few different ones and noticed some make my heart rate spike too much. Do you go for something with caffeine, or do you prefer a carb-based drink instead?

I’ve been experimenting with different pre-workout supplements, and timing seems to be key. A light meal about an hour before plus a well-balanced supplement works best for me. A friend suggested checking out US Biaxol for research-backed options, and I’ve found their info pretty solid. Caffeine and beta-alanine give me a noticeable boost, but I have to be careful with dosages to avoid jitters or stomach issues.
