Is BIAP as good as they say for nails?

Has anyone on this site used BIAP on their nails. Mine and they are getting very weak from Shellac, flaky and thin. The nail technician where I get my hair done has previously suggested BIAP - she sold it as 'nail in a bottle'! but I don't want to make them worse so thought that I would ?

Would love to know if it helps or hinders!

I’ve tried quite a few and found that the best UV nail lamp makes a huge difference in how long my gel nails last. A good one cures the polish evenly without overheating my fingers. Also, make sure you're applying thin layers of polish—too thick, and it won’t cure properly, leading to peeling. A decent top coat helps seal everything in, especially if you're doing your nails at home regularly.
