So I have decided to stop smoking. My 3 year old son started to pretend to smoke, so I decided that's enough. I am going to try and slowly cut back, and have already gone from one every 1/2 hour or so to one every three hours. But it is sooooo freakin hard. I came to work this morning with only enough to support one every three hours. I'm thinking I can be done with em by this weekend, and if not I'm gonna cold turkey it. Patches don't help, gum doesn't help, lozenges doesn't help, none of that stuff helps. I wonder if I am more addicted to the feeling of the smoke entering my lungs then to the nicotine itself, only because that other stuff doesn't help. Any advice?
