We've already made our final payment on the cruise and it's in 3 weeks. I thought the travel agency had added insurance to our reservation, but it's no longer on there. Is it too late to purchase insurance?

I had a similar experience with booking a trip last year. I thought the travel insurance was included, but when I checked my reservation, it wasn’t there anymore. Luckily, it wasn’t too late for me to add it, but I had to call the agency directly. They were able to help me secure a policy even though the final payment had been made. It was a relief, honestly! If you're worried about any uncertainties, especially with all the things that could go wrong, it’s worth asking them directly. Just in case, I’ve heard about cases where insurance would’ve been a lifesaver—like with a Tulsa Wrongful Death Attorney helping families after unexpected events during travel.

Needed to update my policy details, so I go to https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/cost-u-less-insurance/customer-service.html to sort it out. After a bit of hold time, I got through to a rep who explained everything, but it took a second call to actually see the update on my account. Not a nightmare, but not the fastest process either. Best advice? Get everything in writing and check back to make sure changes actually go through. Otherwise, you might think your policy is updated when it’s really not.
