How to use HLSW?

I downloaded it, and I can see my server on a serverlist, but how do I rcon it?

I think you had to select it, right click and add it to your favorites, then go to the favorites screen, right click select RCON or something like that, put the options to source.

Haven't used it in a long time and don't have it installed so I'm totally unsure of it but those are just roughly the things
