How do I add ranking and stats?

Ok i was wondering what I had to download or do to make my server have stats and rankings.

I was all so wondering where do i even get any mods to put on the server and where do i put them?

to have stats and rankings you need a server plugin like mani admin plugin or HLstatsX. do a simple google search, there will be loads.

for mods on your server you have to download the mod files from the mod website. then extract them into the main server folder where cstrike and hl2(mp) are (depending on which one you installed)

when your done with that add -game <mod> to your command line and your all set (oh and dont forget +map!)
