Removed -ip from command line, all of sudden the IP address is not even close to mine. It says 196.24.189.218:27015. http://i.imgur.com/AD8Ej7N.png
And after putting my public IP for -ip, it gives me the message "Engine Error | Couldn't allocate any server IP port." http://i.imgur.com/geyGQns.png

Hi there sticktornado!
I wouldn't believe this's an error with the portforwarding.
When you have a Garrys Mod server installed as default. Then you make a "server.cfg" for your server and don't touch anything else. Then you'll have to open 27015 as TCP and UDP for your servers IPv4 address, as you already have done here:
And it sounds like you are pretty sure about:
Static IP, firewall, ports, IPv4s, program permissions, anti-virus blocking feature and administrative permissions on your computer or server.
If you're just a little bit unsure of any of these I can help else I actually don't know what to do, sorry.

Well, my attention was caught quickly when I noticed in "Change adapter settings" that I had a huge amount of ethernet devices that I didn't use, so I disabled them. Then I removed the -ip 192.168.0.50 from my server's commandlines and it bound to the IP 192.168.0.50 anyway.
I go into my Garry's Mod, Find Multiplayer Game and I see my server as well as do my friends. We click play, and are disconnected with the message "Server uses different class tables."
I searched for the error message and found Steam Support saying that it would be resolved by the server owner as an update downloaded by the client was not on the server yet. So I ran SteamCMD, logged in anonymously, forced my installation directory correctly, used the command "app_update 4020 validate", it installed correctly, and no luck. Same message still. I have no idea what to do now, at least it's not telling us that it can't be connected to.

Hi again, sticktornado!
It sounds like your server are pretty messed up. Maybe you should just re-install your Garry's Mod server and try the whole thing again.

Alright, I will back up my other servers, format the drive not quickly, and do a complete reinstall.

I've formatted the drive backing up my other servers, did a completely fresh install using SteamCMD, and it works just fine. My "Local Network" area on Garry's Mod still shows it having a ping of 2,000, but people immediately connected. It worked! Gonna get my addons on now to see if that causes it to fail.

Sounds good for now. The ping can also be something with your internet connection. But I'll follow and we will take down all the issues step by step.

The connection's working fine, it seems to be all good! The addons didn't break anything.
However, I am having trouble mounting content to the server now. I'll make a new thread about that, though. Problem is solved!
