Hello, I'm ProfessorChill and I own Chillcraft [small crap]

I'm looking for a coder/addon manager to help me set up my server.

What I'm looking for:
- NPC's that will sell cars and such
- Keypad and Fading door [things like this <<] [Done]
- Custom shipments [Done]
- Custom printers [Semi-Done]
- Custom cars
- Custom Jobs [Done]
- Custom ranks [Done]
--- Mandatory jobs
----- Fireman [Done]
----- Terrorist [no fun without these guys]
----- Working radio job and theater job
- Mad Cows Weapons [Done]
- ULX admin system [we have an auto install thing with our host] [Done]
- Donation system
- Drugs ;P [Done]
- Proper mayor/laws/speed-limit box on UI [I believe it's with the jobs plugin]
- Guide for me to add more stuff [Done]
- Guide for how to work donation system
- Government chat
- Loss of mayor on death [Done?]
- Bounty list
- And finally, an anti prop and vehicle killing system

Payment:
- $40 - $60 Canadian depending on time and efficiency of completion
- Super Admin for the server [any abuse == demotion]

Payment will be done through Paypal upon completion, my email, phone number, and Skype will be given upon being hiring to confirm that I will pay you.
