Some tips on getting servers popular

Hello.
I used to own a Popular ctf server in tf2. But the ip changed of it then my host quit. But i just got a tf2 ctf server again today.
I was just wondering if there are any tips you guys can tell me.
Please don't tell me the regularly tips.
I already did these tips:
- Make events for the server(did it to my 406 members group(156 was online) and didn't help at all)
- Play on it(Been playing whole day with 1 person and that person was me)
- Just wait time(I WANT TIPS THAT DOESN'T INVOLVE THISSSS)
- Signed up for gametracker
- Tell friends about it
- Advertised the server

Any other kind of tips.

Nope, that is about the only way. Just get a bunch of friends to play on it, and go from there. What you have listed is all you can do, besides find clans that need a server, and have them use yours with perks (admin, intro's, etc).
