redirect to another server?

Is there an easy way to redirect people that are trying to connect to a particular server to a different server? We're phasing out our primary server for our new one...and we'd like our regulars to hit the new box so we can tell them about the change.

i know that there was such an option on (dont pin me on it) amx/adminmod for cs16/cz, but i dont know if there is something that can reconnect clients allready, if you can do an client exec you could just let it connect to the new ip.
