Write in your client console: cl_downloadfilter none

and join the server agian. Smile

You need sv_allowdownload 1, you also need to add net_maxfilesize 30. Add both of those to your server.cfg, than restart your server and it should work.

Ok, this is weird, I have done exactly as you told me, but I still, after restarting the server, with the new setting, get map missing *.bsp, disconnecting.
Anyway, here is my server.cfg:
Code:
// server name
hostname "[Down-South] DMserver [DK]"

// rcon passsword
rcon_password "190411"

// server cvars
mp_friendlyfire 0
mp_footsteps 1
mp_autoteambalance 0
mp_autokick 1
mp_flashlight 1
mp_tkpunish 1
mp_forcecamera 1
sv_alltalk 1
sv_pausable 0
sv_cheats 0
sv_consistency 1
sv_allowupload 1
sv_allowdownload 1
sv_maxspeed 3000
sv_ downloadurl "http://down-south.sbans.net/cstrike"
net_maxfilesize 30
mp_limitteams 1
mp_hostagepenalty 2
sv_voiceenable 1
mp_allowspectators 1
mp_timelimit 60
mp_chattime 10
sv_timeout 45

// round specific cvars
mp_freezetime 0
mp_roundtime 9
mp_startmoney 0
mp_c4timer 45
mp_fraglimit 0
mp_maxrounds 0
mp_winlimit 0
mp_playerid 0
mp_spawnprotectiontime 1

// bandwidth rates/settings
sv_minrate 40000
sv_maxrate 280000
decalfrequency 10
sv_maxupdaterate 250
sv_minupdaterate 1

// server logging

sv_logbans 1
sv_logecho 1
sv_logfile 1
sv_log_onefile 0

// operation

Are you using the same host as he is?

I think it might be the host you are using.

But could you put your server ip here, then I will try myself. If it fails for me too, then I will setup a fastdl on my site for testing. Smile

You haven't set any sv_downloadurl from when I checked on your server. Smile

It is already set, as you can see in my server.cfg I posted earlier. But the problem is that it doesn't download the maps from the fast dl, but from the gameserver. Everything else, downloads a lot faster than before, so even if I can't see the full path and filename of the file it is downloading, I know that i comes from the fast dl.
Did you download anything from the fast dl, or did it all download from the gameserver?

I checked on the server and it was not there. So you probably have another instance of sv_downloadurl in another file.

You have a space in your sv_ downloadurl Smile (as shown there <---)

Well, I'll check that as the first thing in the morning, right now we have connection problems, which will be fixed shortly.

Well, now have I corrected the the problem in server.cfg with the extra space, but it still says missing map *.bsp, disconnecting. You say that I may have another instance of sv_downloadurl somewhere. Could this have anything to do with:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Valve\HLServer\CSS\orangebox\cstrike\cfg\mani_admin_plugin\downloads.txt
Code:
// *****************************************************************************
//    Plugin    : Mani Admin Plugin
//
//   Filename   : downloads.txt
//
// Last Updated : 2009/07/21
//
// Description  : All files that should be downloaded to the clients
//                (Note: Sounds and Map Advert Textures don't need to be added
//                 if the autodownload feature is turned on in mani_server.cfg)
// *****************************************************************************

"downloads.txt"
{
    // The key can be any name you wish.
    // The value must be the location on your server of the file

    "downloads"
    {
        // Models
        "kk_predator1"    "models/player/kk/kk_predator.dx80.vtx"
        "kk_predator2"    "models/player/kk/kk_predator.dx90.vtx"
        "kk_predator3"    "models/player/kk/kk_predator.mdl"
        "kk_predator4"    "models/player/kk/kk_predator.phy"
        "kk_predator5"    "models/player/kk/kk_predator.vtx"
        "kk_predator6"    "models/player/kk/kk_predator.vvd"
        // Materials
        "kk_predator7"    "materials/models/player/ics/kk/devices.vmt"
        "kk_predator8"    "materials/models/player/ics/kk/devices.vtf"
        "kk_predator9"    "materials/models/player/ics/kk/devices_norm.vtf"
        "kk_predator10"    "materials/models/player/ics/kk/kk_predator.vmt"
        "kk_predator11"    "materials/models/player/ics/kk/limbs.vmt"
        "kk_predator12"    "materials/models/player/ics/kk/limbs.vtf"
        "kk_predator13"    "materials/models/player/ics/kk/limbs_norm.vtf"
        "kk_predator14"    "materials/models/player/ics/kk/torso.vmt"
        "kk_predator15"    "materials/models/player/ics/kk/torso.vtf"
        "kk_predator16"    "materials/models/player/ics/kk/torso_norm.vtf"
    }
}
It's just a suggestion, but maybe this file is interrupting with the sv_downloadurl in server.cfg?
